A finished YouTube episode, every week.
You record. We edit, package, and on Pro, publish. Podcast episodes up to 45 minutes, talking-head videos up to 15, on a schedule you can count on.
Shorts get views. Episodes get trust.

Built for a specific kind of agent.
Weekly long-form is a commitment. It pays off for the agents who make it, so we are direct about who it fits.
This is for agents who
- Want to be the known authority in their market through long-form YouTube
- Can record consistently and do not want to edit
- Want a reliable weekly cadence
- Prefer structure, guardrails, and predictability
- Know consistency beats virality
This is not for agents who
- Want a one-off viral video
- Only want short-form Reels
- Want full marketing strategy or ad management
- Need constant creative direction or rewrites
- Are not ready to commit to weekly
Two formats. One weekly system.
Record either one, or alternate. Every week, one finished episode comes back.
Podcast-style episode
Up to 45 minutes finished
A sit-down conversation. You and a guest, or you and a co-host, talking about the market, the neighborhoods, the deals. The format that builds a following.
Talking-head video
Up to 15 minutes finished
Market updates, local highlights, how-to and education. You on camera, cut tight, with graphics that make the numbers land.

On set with agents around Seattle. Their living rooms, their offices, our cameras.
How a week runs.
The same four steps, every week. Predictable for you, and predictable for us, which is what keeps it on time.
Record
In the Riverside studio we set up for you, which records in high quality from a browser, or on your own camera or phone. Podcast or talking head, your call each week.
Upload, 14 days ahead
Drop the raw files in your folder at least 14 days before your delivery date. That buffer is what keeps every episode on time.
We edit and package
Audio cleaned, color corrected, graphics and lower thirds added, cut for pace. On Essential and Pro, the thumbnail, title, description, chapters, and short clips come with it.
It goes live
On Lite and Essential, you publish with everything ready. On Pro, we publish and schedule it on your channel, optimize it, and review performance with you every month.
Pick how much of it you want to do.
Every plan delivers one finished long-form episode a week. The difference is who handles the rest. No long-term contract: first and last month up front, then month to month with 30 days notice. Annual pricing is ten months for twelve.

How we keep it weekly.
These rules protect your schedule, and everyone else's. They are the reason an episode shows up every week.
Weekly cadence only
One episode a week is the whole point. We do not do bursts or one-offs.
Missed weeks do not roll over
Your slot is reserved for you every week, whether or not footage arrives.
Footage is due 14 days before delivery
That is what keeps every episode on time without rush work.
Late footage moves the delivery date
Not the quality. The schedule shifts, the edit does not get squeezed.
No rush or expedited delivery
The calendar is built so nobody's episode has to jump the line.
Restructuring is not an edit
We cut what you recorded. Rewriting the episode is a new episode.
Common questions.
- What counts as a revision?
- Minor edits: a cut here, a pacing change there. Technical errors are always fixed and never count. Restructuring the episode or changing the message is not a revision, it is a new edit.
- How long can my episodes be?
- Podcast episodes run up to 45 minutes finished. Talking-head videos, like market updates, local highlights, and education, run up to 15 minutes finished.
- What can I record with?
- iPhone, action cams, professional cameras, 360 cameras, or the Riverside studio we set up for you, which records in high quality from a browser. Upload the raw files and we take it from there.
- Do I need to commit long-term?
- No long-term contract. First and last month are due up front, and cancellation takes 30 days notice. We strongly recommend giving it six months. That is how long a weekly channel takes to show what it can do.
- Do you post on social media?
- Only Pro includes publishing: we put the episode and the Shorts on your YouTube channel. Lite and Essential deliver the finished files and, on Essential, two short clips a week, and you post them. Multi-platform distribution is an add-on on Pro.
- Is this the same as Launch to Close?
- No. Launch to Close markets one listing every day until it's under contract. Content Launchpad builds your channel: one long-form episode every week, about you and your market, not about one house.
- Can you come record me?
- Yes, in the Seattle area. An in-person capture session is up to three hours on site, subject to availability, with the first 20 miles of round-trip travel included.
- What if I already have a channel and branding?
- Then skip the setup fee. It only applies if you need the channel built or refreshed, branding aligned, a custom intro and outro, or the workflow and studio set up.

Your first episode could be live this month.
Book a strategy call. We look at what you have recorded, pick the plan, and set your first delivery date.
No long-term contract. 30-day cancellation. Start this week.
